I am open and aware as I set the stage for my ritual.
Then I will choose a place in my yard that is calling to me and choose my orientation in that space.
I like to then sit and just breathe in the smells, take in the sounds, the sensation of the place I am in. When I feel ready, I will take the seeds mixed with dirt and focus my intention into the seeds. I call to the angels, my guides, fairies, the four directions, my ancestors and animal totems to help me move into this sacred place of intention. I ask them to guide me on my journey in ease and with love. I ask for their help in letting go and integrating with myself in a more loving way so that I may become that which I am asking for.
I spend time then in appreciation for all that I have in my life, for what I am surrounded by, for the people and experiences in my life. I sit in gratitude for where I am and the wonder and magic that surrounds me in every moment.
Then I sit in silence coming in tune with the Universe until I am ready to release my seeds of intention into the dirt. I spend time every day feeling the way I felt when I connected to these intentions, how it made my heart soar, how it brought grateful and loving tears to my eyes. I sit in awe of what I have seen and known today because of the intentions that I have set. I wait and watch for the beautiful colors to rise up from Mother Earth.
Enjoy!

Directions for planting: Sow seed from early spring through fall. Mix seed with a cup of sand or other inert material and broadcast over an area previously prepared. Lightly rake into soil or cover with light soil to a depth of 1/8 inch. Keep soil moist while germinating.

Your seeds are Wildflowers for the Pacific Northwest
They may includeYarrow, Bachelor Buttons, Columbine, Wallflower, Shasta Daisy, Clarkia, Chinese House, Coreopsis, Larkspur, Dianthus, California Poppy, Gaillardia, Godetia, Gypsophilla, Dame's Rocket, Blue Flax, Red Flax, Linaria maroccana, Alyssum, Lupine, Gilla, Candytuft, Nemophila, Evening Primrose, Iceland Poppy, Shirley Poppy, Foxglove, Rudbeckia and Catchfly.
Focus brings movement

Sometimes it feels like the ground isn't where it used to be or that there's chaos all around me and I'm not sure how to regain my balance. I'm too tired from finding my balance to care about doing anything other than finding peace and compassion.
Exhaustion is a great way to come to surrender. It's also a great balancer. I know when I'm tired that I'm experiencing a lot of change and need to rest. I also know that I'm trying too hard or trying period, and that's really exhausting.
As I wasn't having much luck efforting and trying to figure it out, I decided to look around and see what resources I had available to me.
I am fortunate to be able to spend time outdoors every day with my beautiful dogs. I was always an outdoor kid and still am. So I came to the conclusion that my most valuable resource and path of ease was all around me. All I had to do was go outside.
I started being more purposeful in my relationship with the plants and trees. By that I mean I would go and be with or stand with a tree or a patch of moss or . . . My intention, while standing with the tree, is to allow an open exchange of energy between myself and the tree. I am there to openly learn.
The easiest way for me to learn, without efforting (woo hoo!), is to come to a place of similarity with the tree. In other words, at the very base level we are both vibration, both energy, both expression of life and love and light and wisdom and truth.
When I come to the tree with my presence in that way, the energy exchange is palpable and I can feel how my body and nervous system are learning to field the chaos. But it is not chaos, it is life.
Life is movement and fluidity and change and adaptability, and that's a great thing. I realize how much balance is happening out of this chaos, how much releasing and forgiveness, truth and creativity comes from these wild rides.
Nature is teaching me in all ways, body, mind and spirit, how to be a part of what is happening around me in an empowered way and how to empower others without saying anything.
All I have to do is be a part of all that I am surrounded by and allow myself to accept the energy and the love and wisdom that is all around me. And from that place I can focus my energy with love and support to where it is needed. I can help support and hold others in their shifts as they are asking for their own truth. I can recognize that and honor them and hold them in light when I recognize and allow my own light.
Dream Prayer

In an effort to develop and cultivate, open a channel to my higher self, I have been doing a dream prayer of sorts for the last three weeks or so. I have made a point to being open to creating more opportunities of ease in developing strength in my connection to my non-physical me or higher self, etc.
So even though I would like to learn lucid dreaming and explore more purpose and wisdom through my dream channel, so to speak, I wanted something more immediate.
So here's what I chose to do.
First, I invite my angels and guides, animal totems, ancestors, whoever I feel I want to include.
Second, I ask them to watch over me, protect and guide me into a restful sleep where my body temple may replenish and rejuvenate and receive any healing it might desire.
Third, I ask them to watch over me, protect and guide me into my dream state, that I may be led to address whatever it is that I'm wanting to let go of or integrate, whatever I am learning, etc. I ask to remember any details that are deemed in my highest and best when I return to consciousness.
Last I ask to be brought fully back into my beautiful body temple, perfect, whole and complete when I return to consciousness.

What I have a realization of since doing this is that I am getting a lot of the learning and integration from my dream state with such ease and without a lot of information about what I am doing. My body feels very thankful and peaceful in sleeping and waking. It feels as though I have taken a path of ease in facing challenges through a channel that is easily available and doesn't require efforting. What a wonderful way to work through and release the lessons I am learning.

Enjoy!
<img width='1' height='1'
